In terms of the Protection of Personal Information ACT 4 of 2012 (POPI) the Mount Rhodes Directors and members involved in any form of administration have signed a declaration that they undertake to only use the owners personal information exclusively for the purposes of the Mount Rhodes CID. Furthermore, the directors and members of the Mount Rhodes CID involved in administration have undertaken to neither share nor disclose any personal information, as defined in the POPI Act, with any third party unless the third party has been appointed by the CID and has formally signed the same undertaking to honour the requirements of the POPI Act.
